This is interesting; thank you for the intro! I'm a big believer in abdominal/diaphragmatic breathing. But strengthening to breathe seems a next level approach!

definitely, if you already know the benefits of diaphragmatic breathing, you will LOVE the hypopressive method. There are many studies on it too
